All the projects are marked with difficulty ratings and come with simple and clear instructions. - What if I am not satisfied?
- Of course, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the subsequent deliveries, simply return them to us within 14 days at your own expense at the following address :

If any delivery arrives damaged, we’ll replace it immediately.

- How long will my box take to ship?
- You will receive a new box full of surprises once a month. The shipping time for your first box will be approximately 28 days, this applies from the day your order is confirmed.
- HOW DOES THE DIRECT DEBIT WORK?
- You will be charged 7 days after your box has been dispatched. You will first be charged £5 for your welcome box (free P&P). You will then be charged £19 for each of the following monthly boxes (+£4.99 P&P). You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your direct debit will stop once your subscription has been cancelled.
- HOW DOES THE CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL WORK?
- You will first be charged £5 for your welcome box (free P&P) and payment for your first dispatch will be taken immediately. For subsequent payments, you will be charged £23.99 for each of the following monthly boxes, 7 days after your box has been dispatched. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your direct debit will stop once your subscription has been cancelled.
- HOW MUCH WILL MY MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT BE?
- You will first be charged £5 for your welcome box (free P&P). You will then be charged £23.99 for each of the following monthly boxes.
- How many boxes are there in the collection ?
- There are 25 boxes planned in the collection. The Maille Box is a non-commitment subscription. You can stop it at any time by contacting our customer service.
- What are the subscription terms?
- The offer is limited to one request per household (same name, same address), and is available only in the United Kingdom.
